Modular home MG4 — a modular house with an attic in traditional architecture with a gable roof

Modular home MG4

MG4
  • 4+2
  • 48–87 m²
  • 7.8/10.4 × 5/6.1 m
  • · 8 variants

The MG4 modular home is a building in traditional timber architecture with large roof overhangs, a roofed terrace and an attic balcony. It consists of four modules delivered to the plot as finished parts and assembled into a single whole. Assembly takes 3–4 days; finishing works extend construction to about a week.

We offer MG4 in 9 variants — from the basic dimensions of 7.8 × 5 m up to 10.7 × 6.1 m; usable area from 40.3 to 76 m² (total 48–86.6 m²). We supply the house in a year-round and a summer version; the year-round one is energy-efficient and excellently insulated.

Exterior

The MG4 facade is clad in natural wood from painted, treated boards; as a variant with Vinylit panels. The roof is of metal roof tiles or standing-seam sheet metal. The colour scheme is adapted to the customer’s aesthetic requirements. Large living-room glazing always opens the interior onto the roofed terrace.

Interior

The basic version has, on the ground floor, a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and a utility storeroom, and three bedrooms in the attic — comfortably for 2 to 4 people. Larger variants add a ground-floor room, a larger living room, a dressing room and a second bathroom.

The living room has a relaxation area with a corner sofa and a fireplace wall, an exposed staircase to the attic and a dining area. Opposite is an L-shaped kitchen with a built-in fridge, a hob and a sink, a bathroom with a shower and space for a washing machine and a boiler, and a storeroom under the stairs. The interior is fully finished, on request fully furnished.
